We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hair extensions in their original, unopened packaging. To maintain hygiene standards, products that have been removed from the gold security ties or worn cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your extensions are still in their original packaging with all security seals intact and have not been applied or altered.
- 2.Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Start Return' option next to your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the hair, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
